It may seem harder to learn how to create a YouTube channel than to start with other social media platforms. But that is not the case.
How to create a new YouTube channel in 5 easy steps
Making a wealthy YouTube channel starts with creating a YouTube channel. Here's how to create one.
Step 1: Create a Google Account
If you use Gmail, Google Maps, or Google Play, and you already have a Google Account ... so skip to the next step.
If you are starting over, go here to sign up for a new Google Account.
The name and email address will not be publicly linked to your product, so do not worry about keeping that in the message. This is your YouTube entrance key.
Step 2: Create a YouTube Account
With your Google Account, you are automatically set up with a personal YouTube account. But to use YouTube in your business, you will need to set up a Product Account.
Just go to your YouTube Account page, click Create Channel, and enter your product account name. You are logged in!
When you create a YouTube brand account, you can give more people access and customize the name and appearance to match your product.

Step 3: Customize your YouTube channel
It's time to dump her and move on.
In your channel dashboard, click Customize Channel. Go through the three tabs - Layout, Brand, and Basic Information - to enter information that will help grow your channel to reach an audience.
When you fill in this information, use descriptive keywords that will help your account appear in the search.
Keywords can include your channel titles and description, your brand-related, questions that can answer your content, or featured products.
Under Creating a Brand, you will have the chance to upload your channel art and Logo to give your channel a unique look. Another, well, relevant to your overall brand and link to this YouTube account with other social media and web presence.

Step 4: Upload your first YouTube video
Well, this is fun. You're in love with being a YouTube content creator! I'm not crying, she's crying.
To add your first video to the world, press the Create button in the top right corner and follow the instructions.
Step 5: Make your YouTube channel available
As the old saying goes: If you have Good content on YouTube but no one sees it ... what’s the point?

Customize video titles
Use short, descriptive titles that include Google's keywords. Topics are the first things users notice, but they also help the search engine understand what your videos are about.
So make sure all your articles are punchy and interesting, but also clear and include keywords.

1. Use eye-catching channel art and icons
Your channel art and icons are your boards, so create an image!
The active icon is clear and precise, and it works in line with the video title. But it also needs to shine.
Thumbnails are a way for viewers to determine what to look for when viewing search results. This means you do not need to talk about what your video is about. You need to stand out from the people.
And a lot of competition ... is noisy.
Evaluate what everyone else is doing, and try to deviate. For example, choose a different color palette, or use minimalist to fully accentuate the sea of neon colors and Impact font.

2. Select the full channel icon
The channel icon is like the logo of your presence on YouTube. It should match your brand and match your channel banner.
When selecting an icon, follow the size of YouTube's recommended images to avoid any stretch. Preview your channel on multiple devices to check that everything looks good.
3. Create playlists
Editing and creating video playlists on YouTube is the best way to keep your viewer on your page.
YouTube Playlists not only organize your content related to one clean and organized list, they also play automatically. When one video is over, the next one starts… and so on. This reduces the chances of the viewer switching to another channel.
Financial adviser Max Mitchell, for example, adds all of his TFSA videos to a single playlist, so viewers can sit down and read about tax-free savings accounts for hours on end.
4. Create a channel trailer
When someone first sees your channel, a channel trailer is their way of looking at your content. You better make it count.

This will sound very obvious, but we will say it anyway: Viewers want to watch great videos.

A call to action is also important. Whether your goal is to drive your audience to your website, increase the number of your subscribers or spark a conversation in the comments, a proper CTA can help make that happen.
As with all social media content, no complete YouTube video formula is successful. Some brands thrive on smart, highly productive content, while others find themselves drawn to being raw, filtered, and authentic.

8. Ask viewers to subscribe
When someone subscribes to your channel (and hits that bell button), you get a warning when you post a new video in the world - so growing your subscribers is the best way to improve your live access.
